Underestimating our own beauty, we humans fall victim to glossy magazine covers, television, and radio ad's. Natural beauty cannot compete with digital perfection: the latter always wins. How often have you told someone how nice they looked and they responded with disbelief? Then again how often have you been told how beautiful, handsome or fit you look and done the same thing? We need to stop underestimating how we look and start believing. We'll all feel better and ultimately, I believe it will increase our overall health and inner beauty, which will eventually show through improving our outer beauty.
Diet and exercise is not for everyone. However, you can improve your overall health, live longer and better if you watch your diet and do 20 to 30 minutes of exercise every other day. We've all heard it before, right? So what can you do today to improve your fitness level? How about taking the stairs or parking down the block from work or maybe you could take a walk for lunch.
